designing 3 new charter schools that focus on the arts, technology skills,
and serving children with special education needs.
FRONTIER 21 is currently evaluating twelve 21st
Century Community Learning Center programs in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
FRONTIER 21 is developing a new initiative to
improve the use of available information for making strategic decisions at
the school level.
FRONTIER 21 is leading school improvement
planning efforts in multiple schools and districts in Pennsylvania.
